School Meals
We believe that lunchtime should be a highlight of the day for everyone at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School.
We want to help children gain a real appreciation for good quality food, where it comes from, how it’s produced and why healthy food is important.
School meals are provided by specialist schools caterer; Accent www.accentcatering.co.uk
At the heart of everything they do is their love of good, fresh and healthy food, prepared by teams who care. They provide delicious, nutritious and healthy meals every day. They create tailored service plans to meet the individual needs of all our children.
For the academic year 2023-24, all children in Reception, Year 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are entitled to receive a nutritious meal every lunchtime for free as part of the government’s Universal Infant Free School Meal grant. If you would like your child to receive a school lunch, please notify the school office.
School meals for children in Nursery costs £2.30 per day and is paid for via our online payment system.
